TSCA
R&G Springs’ does not use any of the five persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) chemicals in the manufacturing, processing, or distribution of our products.

REACH
According to the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation, as identified by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), the products that are supplied by R&G Springs are considered “articles” and as such are not required to be registered. We have reviewed the current listing of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) and have determined that none of the items on the list are present on or in the products we supply.

California Prop 65
Due to the use of Nickel, which is a key alloying element in the production of Stainless Steel, products manufactured by R&G Springs may contain chemicals which are listed in California’s Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Stainless Steel and high-nickel alloys cannot be made without using nickel.

3TG / Conflict Minerals
R&G Springs’ products are not made from “Conflict Materials” that contain 3TG: Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), Tin (Sn), or Gold (Au); nor do we source materials that aid in the manufacturing process that contain these.

RoHS
The products supplied by R&G Springs are compliant with the directive Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) 2011/65 & 2015/863 EU and do not exceed the maximum limit for the listed substances.
