R&G Springs Company was formed by Roman and Gama (Elizabeth) Hudec in 1986. The focus has always been on integrity, precision, and family. From its humble beginnings as a job-shop in Elk Grove Village, R&G has always been dedicated to providing superior quality springs through hand-crafted workmanship. All of our products pass through multiple steps of quality control and are 100% load-inspected. That philosophy hasn’t changed in 30 years!
We supply precision parts to many of the top companies in aerospace and defense. This is a family managed and family staffed small company where all of us have a shared corporate knowledge. The attention to detail and continuity of records and service provided by a small manufacturer can’t be replicated by a large corporation. Since there isn’t any turn-over, you can rest assured that the production and quality in future years is the same you’ve come to know over the lifespan of your product line.
Our company has load inspection on 100% of the parts we manufacture. Statistics are used only for initial calculations and set-up. All parts we manufacture have been evaluated for non-conformance multiple times during the production process and checked for compliant loads before they leave our facility.
Our springs have a more uniform load all the way around because they are continuous. Our perseverance and attention to detail have helped this multi-generational family business grow into an AS9100 certified supplier. Now located in a much larger facility in Elgin, Illinois, R&G Springs continues its legacy of excellence with the next generation.
